I truly enjoy calling out with friendly reminders and being available for our insurance customers. This position has given me a true sense of purpose in helping someone, such as assisting our policyholders with their concerns on invoices and coverage for all of their auto insurance and renters insurance needs. A friendly reminder is always helpful, especially when I get the opportunity to empower someone so they can make an informed decision for themselves.
